Commons Questions

• Do I have to own a GM vehicle to enroll & participate? Nope! Non-General Motors vehicle owners are also welcome to join the Chevrolet Rewards program.
• Do earned points expire? Points will expire 5 years from the date they are earned. However, promotional rewards offers may have shorter expiration periods, but they will be included in the offer details.
• Is the Chevrolet Rewards Program a credit card program? No, it is not. Chevrolet Rewards is separate from GM Rewards Cards including the GM BuyPower Card and GM Extended Family card.
• How do I view my points after enrolling? Chevrolet Rewards members can view their point balance by logging in to www.mygmrewards.com, Owner Center, or the Chevrolet mobile app. Balances are also sent to members on a monthly basis.
• Are there limits on how many vouchers can be applied to dealer service, parts, or GM Accessories? There is no limit to the number of vouchers can that be used for the above services, but only 1 voucher can be applied toward a new vehicle lease or purchase.
